Banoffee Cheescake overnight weetabix

Oh hiya! What a combo! And so easy to make. This recipe contains no protein powder! And packs 20g in!

Ingredients - makes two servings


  • 1 x 90g banana

  • 300g 0% fat greek Greek yoghurt (fage or equivalent- I use Aldi brand)

  • 2 x weetabix biscuits

  • Myprotein zero calorie flav drops - toffee flavour - these drops are so useful when eating in a calorie deficit

  • Half tsp sweet cinnamon

  • Half of a crunchie - multi pack bar (total chocolate bar weight 26g) we’re using half!

  • 75ml of skimmed milk


Method


Get two Tupperware tubs.

In eat tub break up a weetabix in each. And add milk to each - half of your 75ml in each. And pat down your “biscuit base”


In another bowl mash your banana, add yoghurt and a few drops of toffee flavour drops and mix


Add banana and yogurt mix to each of your tubs.


Finally top with a pinch of cinnamon and crunchie!


Done! Allow to set overnight! And grab and go in the morning!
