245 calories per serving (excluding wrap and what I served it with- this is for the beef kebabs only) recipe serves 3.
p: 36g c: 4.4g f: 8.9g per person
Ingredients - served 3 people (3 kebabs each)
500g lean steak mince (5% less fat)
Handful of fresh coriander- Finely chopped
3 tsp Cajun spruced
2 tsp smoked paprika
8g garlic purée
Serves with
I used Old El Paso tortilla wraps - regular size - 120kcal as apposed to big massive wraps at 170-180 calories per wrap.
2 tbsp of Asda Raita
A big side salad
Method
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees.
If you are using wooden skewers you need to soak them in water for 10 mins to stop them burning in the oven.
In a large bowl combine beef mince, spices, garlic purée and coriander and mix well.
Split mix into 9 portions and make you're kebabs. I aimed to shape them into thick sauages shapes. Skewer them and place on your grill rack or a baking tray with tin foil (grease the tin foil with some 1kcal cooking spray)
Pop in the oven for 10 mins (or until cooked through) they don't need long- don't cook too long as you'll try them out.
If you make this and enjoy them feel free to give me a wee shout out on social media. Spread the mad4fit word 🥰
