Black Forest fruit and dark chocolate chia protein pudding


A fab breakfast or snack you can prep ahead of time!

Ingredients


  • 300g 0% fat Greek Yogurt (fage or Aldi equivalent- that’s what I used)

  • 150g frozen Black Forest fruits

  • 100ml skimmed milk (red milk)

  • 25f chocolate impact whey my protein powder

  • 10g clear honey

  • 30g chia seeds

  • 11g dark chocolate - 1 small cube grated over eat pudding


Method


Add frozen fruit, protein powder, yogurt, honey and milk in blender and blend until smooth.


Pour into two separate Tupperware tubs. Add 15g of chia seeds to each and stir well.


Allow to set for two hours or overnight in the fridge - top with grated chocolate in the morning and enjoy!
