Breakfast tortilla wrap

This literally takes minutes to makes and tastes superb!



400 calories of yum!


You need;


  • Half an avocado

  • 1 x egg

  • 1 x mini tortilla wrap

  • 25g 30% less fat mature cheese- Aldi

  • 15g chilli jam - Aldi

  • Chilli flakes



Method


In a small frying pan using Frylight add cheese for 30 seconds and then add your whisked egg and fry for a further 30 seconds.

Add tortilla on top of egg and flip. And fry for a further 30 Seconds or so!


Remove from pan, add filling (mashed avocado with chilli flakes and chilli jam)
