Cajun chicken burger (easy easy easy)

This is the easiest recipe ever!!! Ideal for a quick mid week dinner! We have it a-lot due to how easy and tasty it is.

375 cals per burger (including bun and cheese)
P: 56g C: 28g F: 8g
Ingredients
320g of chicken breast- butterfly breast and cut in half. Basically you are creating a thinner chicken fillet by slicing in half. Each bun gets 160g of raw chicken breast.
10g cajun chicken seasoning - Aldi brand
2 x broiche seeded buns (156 cals per bun) Aldi brand
30g Orkney full fat cheese (15g each)
Ingredient
Season chicken in Cajun mix and pop in the oven for 25 mins.
Grate cheese. Just before chicken timer goes off top check with cheese and allow it to melt!
Pop chicken breast in bun- you can top with a sauce you like (track it separately) and enjoy!
