A breakfast roll doesn’t need to be calorific by making a few simple swaps you can save 100’s and 100’s of calories

Ingredients
1 x morning roll- check the label! Some rolls are well over 200 calories but this one is 129 calories
1 x skinny lorne sausage- most supermarkets offer less fat options - can be between 89- 150 calories- again check the label
1 x egg fried in a few sprays 1kcal spray (saving oil cals)
10g of lighter butter
Method
Grill lorne sausage ( I pop mine in air frier)
Fry egg
Butter and fill roll! Delish!
