300g raw chicken breast- diced
70g white onion - diced
80g white mushrooms- peeled and sliced
10g garlic purée
15ml Worcestershire sauce

50g light creme fraiche
Half of an oxo less salt check stock cube (dissolved in 150ml boiling water)
2tsp dried parsley
Method
In a large pan brown your chicken (I used some 1kcal spray to keep oil cals low)
Remove chicken once it’s nice and brown.
In the same pan on a lower heat sautee your onions for 5-6 mins. Cook until soft and not brown.
Then add your mushrooms, paprika, mustard, garlic purée and Worcestershire sauce and stir for a minute or so.
Add stock and your chicken and simmer for a further 5 mins to cook your chicken through and reduce the sauce a little.
Finally add cream cheese, creme fraiche, parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Stir well and serve!
