Ingredients -
500g Lean Mince 5% fat
1 x onion - diced
1 x red pepper- diced
1 x tin of chopped tomatoes
14g hot chilli powder
20g garlic purée
5g chilli purée
Half a beef / bovril stock cube with 150ml water
1 x drained tin of mix beans
Method
In a large frying pan using 1kcal spray lightly dry onion and peppers on a very low heat for about 15 mins. This will sweeten the onions.
Add mince and brown. Approx 5-8 mins.
Add spices, purée, stock cube with water and tinned tomatoes and simmer for 30mins on a low heat.
Add mix beans and simmer for a further 5 mins!
And you’re done!
