Creamy Cajun chicken filler

so yummy! It is spicy!

I served with a baked potato but you could have with rice, in a wrap, on top of loaded fries….


Super quick to make too.

Ingredients


  • 300g raw chicken breast- diced

  • 80g lightest philidelphia

  • 15g tomato puree

  • 8g cajun chicken seasoning

  • 5g garlic purée

  • 200ml chicken stock (1 low salt oxo chicken stock cube)

  • 5g plain flour


Method


In a large pan lighting fry chicken to seal and brown it (couple of mins) I used 1kcal spray so I’m not adding loads of cooking oil calories.


Then add garlic purée, tomato puree and cajun chicken and stir well for a minute.


Finally add stock and creamy cheese and let it simmer (cooking through your chicken)


Finally add flour to thicken your sauce and again let it simmer for a minute or so!
