11g of light hot chocolate (I used Aldi brand but options do some lovely ones too in all different flavours and they are low cal around 40 cals)
12g Aldi squirty cream
5g mini marshmallows
A tiny bit of chocolate to flake on top- I used a quarter of a bar of flake (I’ll eat the rest tonight after dinner)
For reference a Costa Hot Chocolafe is 361 calories!
