This is so easy to make and super tasty! And not too spicy.

Ingredients (serves two)
1 x large chicken breasts - diced
1 red onion diced
2 bell peppers diced
40g Nando’s peri peri garlic sauce medium
60g reduced fat cream cheese (I used Aldi brand)
100g Greek yoghurt (full fat)
5g smoked paprika
8g garlic purée
320g cooked rigatoni pasta (this is the cooker weight) approx 200g dried five or take but weight it out when cooked
Method
In a large frying pan (using 1kcal spray) sautee your red onion and pepper for 5 mins on a low heat. Then add diced chicken and turn the heat up.
While you’re doing that boil your pasta.
You can also make your sauce. In a bowl add cream cheese, yogurt and Nando’s sauce.
Once the chicken is cooked through. Add your paprika and garlic purée.
When everything is ready. Drain pasta and add to chicken. Make sure the heat isn’t on when you add the yogurt mix. Stir well and serve!
Easy peasy! And so yummy! I served mine with a big size salad to create extra volume on my plate!
