Healthy biscuit twix

My new biscuit! Full of healthy fats!

Ingredients


  • 110g pitted dates

  • 70g peanut butter (crunch or smooth) no palm oil

  • 2 tsp caramel syrup (sweet freedom) only 26 calories for 2 tsp

  • 5 sugar free Gullon digestives (can get these from most supermarkets)

  • 60g dark chocolate


Method


In a blender combine dates, peanut butter and blend until smooth. And then add vista d blend again.


Line a baking tin with greasy proof paper - I used a loaf tin. Spread biscuit date mix and flatten with the backside of a spoon. Compact it well.


Melt your chocolate and spread over the top of biscuits mix.


Cover and allow it to set in the the fridge for an hour or so!


I plan to freeze half of these. Such a great biscuit alternative for you and your babies!
