Healthy low calorie Carbonara

This is legit to easy to make! And tastes like the real deal! My other half loved it!

Ingredients- serves 2


300g cooked spaghetti (cook and weight it out)

6 bacon medallions

Loads of mushrooms sliced

100g Fage 0% yogurt

4g garlic purée (cause who can be arsed chopping garlic)

40g grated Parmesan (the powdery stuff)


Method


Boil spaghetti according to packet


Meanwhile-


-Lightly fry bacon and mushrooms. I used 1kcal spray too!


- in a bowl mix the yoghurt, garlic and Parmesan together. Season with salt and pepper!


- once spaghetti is cooked drain and add to bacon and mushy mix. Stir in sauce mix and stir for a few mins!


- serve immediately!
