Homemade Flat Breads

So simple and easy peasy to make!




The perfect side to so many dishes. And they have double the protein in them than shop bought flatbreads of the same size!

Woop.

Ingredients


  • 180g plain flour

  • 180g Fage 0% yoghurt

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 5g garlic purée

  • 1-2 tsp of Oregano


Method


In a large bowl combine and ingredients and mix well. Knead like the dough for 5 mins.


Divide the dough into 6 portions and roll out.  They should be around the size of you hand.


In a medium heat pan using 1kcal spray. Pop your flat bread in the pain and cook each side for approx 2 mins.


Repeat until all cooked and enjoy!
