Divide into 6 balls.

Using a rolling pin and a light dusting of flour (the dough doesn’t stick to surface till out your dough) you should get 6 naan breads that are approx the size of your hand

In a frying pan using no oil fry your naan breads. It should only take a few minutes either side- you will see them bubble and brown.

When eat naan is ready set aside using a brush spread some garlic butter and sprinkle over some finely chopped coriander.

Repeat until all 6 naans are ready!
