1 x yellow pepper- diced
85ml light soya sauce
10g garlic purée
5g chilli purée
50g clear honey

In a measuring jug add soya sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic purée and chilli purée and mix well.
Pop your chicken breast in the slow cooker (whole chicken breast not diced) and pour over your sauce. Add your diced onion and yellow pepper.
Cook in your slow cooker for 4.5 hours on a low heat.
When your serving removed the chicken breast and shred using a fork and knife.
In a large pan pour in the sauce from the slow cooker. And heat on a high heat.
Once hot add a tsp of corn flour and stir well. This thickens your sauce.
Add your cooked noodles and chicken and stir well.
Once everything is hot you’re ready to serve!
This is absolutely BANGING. If you want a little bit of spice adding some chilli flakes to this would be amazing! I’ll try that next time I make this!
