Low carb chocolate and raspberry donuts

These donuts have no flour in them! šŸ˜³


Most ā€œsnacksā€ are carb based and if you feel like you want to reduce the amount of carbs youā€™re eating and add in some nice healthy fatsā€¦ these are for you!


So easy to make too.



168 calories (recipes makes 6 donuts)

P: 8.5g F: 12g C:5.6g


Ingredients


  • 100g ground almond flour

  • 60g fresh raspberries

  • 100g fage 0% (I use the Aldi greek yogurt 0% fat version as itā€™s cheaper)

  • 3 x heaped tsp of truvia (calorie free sweetener)

  • 1 x tsp baking powder

  • A few drops of myprotein chocolate flav drops (not essential if you donā€™t have them)

  • 15g cocoa powder

  • 2 eggs


Topping ingredients


  • Half a chocolate alpro dessert pot

  • Half of a dairy milk little bat grated


Method


Preheat oven to 200 degrees


Half a pot of alpro chocolate dessert pot

Half bar of grated dairy milk little bar


In a large bowl combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sweetener. And mix.


Next add in Your eggs and mix well.


Next add in your fage and flav drops and mix well.


Finally add your raspberries and fold them into the cake mix


Using 1kcal spray - grease your donut molds. I got mine from Amazon.


Pop in the middle of the oven for 15 mins.


To check theyā€™re cooked pierce a knife through a donut and if it comes out clean theyā€™re cooked through!


Allow donuts to cool for as long as you can.


Once cooked too with the alpro dessert pot and some grated chocolate!
