Banana Bread has to be one of my favourite bakes.
Adding a little bit of your favourite chocolate helps with Cravings for all the chocolate š¤ and still keeps the calories low... yay!
Itās so simple to make.

Ingredients/ method - 7 slices
1 x mash ripe banana
1 x whole egg
1 x tsp salted caramel essence (I got mine from waitrose) you could use vanilla essence
100g vanilla quark
Combine in a large mixing bowl.
120g rolled oats (blitz in food processor to make into flour)
15g stevia (zero calorie sweetener)
8g baking powder
Add all of the above to mixing bowl and stir well.
I added a few splashes of almond milk (if the batter is dry)
Finally chop up 2x Mars Bar FUN SIZED bars (80kcal each) and mix into batter
Pour mix into a baking loaf tin (I oiled by with a few stays of 1kcal cooking oil to prevent sticking) and bake for 20-25min in at preheated oven (190) Iām using a non fan assisted oven
