Melt in the middle chicken burger

Burger and bun! (You can add your own sauce cals)

How to make the burger
Ingredients
250g lean chicken mince (5% fat)
Half tsp smoked paprika
Half tsp garlic granules
Half tsp chilli powder
Salt and pepper
15g Paxo golden bread crumbs
40g of half fat mature cheese (I got a block of cheese from Aldi) 20g goes into each burger
Method
In a large bowl combine chicken mince and seasoning and mix well.
Divide mince mix into two and flatten out a bit add chunk of cheese and mould your burger around it- making sure that no cheese can be seen. This will stop the cheesy melting out when cooking.
Then pour bread crumbs out onto a plate and coat each burger
Bake in the oven for 25 mins- I used my grill rack so heat for around all of the burger (you don’t want a soggy bottom burger) you could also use your airfrier for this.
Toast brioche bun.
Add your sauce of choice- we had Skeeters BBQ chipotle sauce and it was delish- I got it from Aldi!
Add burger and some rocket! Enjoy!!!
