Ingredients- for 1
150g 0% fat Greek yoghurt (Brooklea- the cheaper version of fage)
12g protein powder - I used chocolate
60g frozen blueberries - heated up in microwave
60g banana (I had small bananas)
10g flaxseed
5g honey
Method
Mix yoghurt, protein powder and honey. The consistency with be thick!
Top with fruit and flaxseed and enjoy!
