Raspberry White Chocolate Dessert



Such a lovely dessert idea! Raspberry and white chocolate what a combo! This would be fab for kids too!


169 calories per portion

you can make 4 out of a sachet of jelly. I made 1 and put the rest of the jelly mix in a tub for Izzy.


Ingredients to make 1 serving


  • 1 x Hartleys sugar free jelly raspberry sachet (I use 1/4 of the mix)

  • 30g frozen raspberries

  • 1 x milky bar dessert (97cals)

  • 1/3 of flake (104 cals for whole flake)

  • 5g light squirty cream



Method


Follow instructions on packet of jelly. Then add 1 quater of mix to a small bowl or glass. And 30g of frozen raspberries.


Allow to set for two hours or overnight.


When set: top with Milkybar dessert. Cream. And flake!!!
