Such a great protein high snack to prep ahead for a few days. Or it could form part of your lunch? This would be delish on sourdough bread, crackers or salted rice cakes?

Ingredients


  • Tin of salmon drained 213g

  • 70g Philadelphia cream cheese

  • Fresh dill - handful- finely cut up

  • Good dash of lemon juice (I used bottled for convenience)

  • Salt and pepper


Method.


Combine all ingredients mix and pop in Tupperware tubs.


Enjoy!


I had mine with crackers and some vine ripe tomatoes.
