Ingredients
Tin of salmon drained 213g
70g Philadelphia cream cheese
Fresh dill - handful- finely cut up
Good dash of lemon juice (I used bottled for convenience)
Salt and pepper
Method.
Combine all ingredients mix and pop in Tupperware tubs.
Enjoy!
I had mine with crackers and some vine ripe tomatoes.
