You don’t need to be slaving over the cooker in order to reach your goals!

I made a few little tweaks to a very standard meal that made it slightly healthier and nutritious.

Ingredients
Reduced fat Asda pork sausages (less saturated fat= less calorie and healthier- I always opt for a less fat option when it comes to meat) - 3 sausages
Less sugar and salt baked beans - 200g- half a tin
Half a packet of shop bought vegetable root mash - 108 calories for half the packet!
Method
I cooked our sausages in the air fryer for 20 mins to avoid using any oil to cook my sausages. The oven/ grill would also work too.
The rest was heated up in the microwave!
Simple but effective.
