Ingredients
240g of frying steak cut into think strips
10g cornflour
80ml soya sauce
10g garlic purée
8g ginger puree
1 tsp of chilli flakes (less if you don’t like things too spicy)
1 x grated carrot (70g)
80ml water
Method
In slow cooker coat the beef with the cornflour
Add all other ingredients mix well and cook on a high heat for 2 hours.
Serve with veetee sticky rice like us or you could add noodles?
I also stir fried some veg for the side! But you could just top woth sliced spring onions!
