Slow cooker Mongolian Beef


So quick and easy to make! Fling it all in the slow cooker and get on with your day knowing a tasty dinner is waiting for you!



302 calories per serving (recipe serves 2)

Ingredients


  • 240g of frying steak cut into think strips

  • 10g cornflour

  • 80ml soya sauce

  • 10g garlic purée

  • 8g ginger puree

  • 1 tsp of chilli flakes (less if you don’t like things too spicy)

  • 1 x grated carrot (70g)

  • 80ml water


Method


In slow cooker coat the beef with the cornflour


Add all other ingredients mix well and cook on a high heat for 2 hours.


Serve with veetee sticky rice like us or you could add noodles?

I also stir fried some veg for the side! But you could just top woth sliced spring onions!
