I used pork sausages full fat (as that’s what adds gave me a substitute 🙄) but you could use reduce fat pork sausages or turkey/ chicken sausages to reduce the calories of this recipe.

Ingredients
8 x pork sausage
50g chorizo- cut into cubes
1 x red pepper - cut into cubes
1 x red onion- diced
2 x tins of baked beans - reduced sugar & salt version
1 x tin of chopped tomatoes
20g tomato purée
15g garlic purée
3 tsp smoked paprika
1tsp cumin
Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 x low salt chicken stock cube- don’t add water
Method
In a large frying plan brown your sausages and chorizo for a few mins.
Add ALL ingredients to your slow cooker. I crushed up the stock cube (no water needed) and stirred in.
Cooked on a LOW heat for 8 hours or HIGH heat for 6 hours.
I served mine with veggies. It would be so nice with root mash too!
