Ingredients
350g if braw chicken breast - cut into large chunks
5g garlic purée
5g ginger purée
10g clear honey
50g lazy teriyaki paste
1 tsp chilli flakes
8g corn flour (you add this at the very end) don’t add to slow cooker
Method
Put all ingredients in your slow cooker (except the corn flour) stir well and cook on a low heat for 3 hours.
When you’re ready to serve, remove chicken and shred with two forks.
Add the sauce to a pan and add in cornflour (add while sauce is cool- not piping hot) and heat on low heat stirring regularly until your sauce is thick.
Stir the shredded chicken back into the pan.
