Slow cooker siracha honey shredded chicken

A very easy, little prep and quick slow cooker recipe

Ingredients


  • 300g raw chicken breast

  • 40g siracha sauce

  • 45g clear honey

  • 10g garlic purée

  • 15ml rice wine vinegar

  • 50ml light soya sauce

  • Half an less salt chicken stock cube (dissolved in 100ml boiling water)

  • 10g corn flour (keep this to the end)



Method


In your slow cooker combine all ingredients (except the corn flour) and cook on high for 1.5 hours.


After 1.5 hour remove chicken breast.


Make a cornflour slurry by adding a few drops of cold water to it and then add to slow cooker and stir in.


Shed chicken breast with two forks and add back to slow cooker.

Allow to cooker and thicken for 30 mins on high! And done.
