Ingredients


  • 1 x warburtons protein bagel thin

  • 2 x eggs

  • 20ml / dash of skimmed milk

  • 10g lighter butter

  • 40g smoked salmon


Method


Scramble your eggs. I do mine in the microwave. Cooking for 30s at a time and mixing the eggs regularly.


Toast bagel. Butter (measure it so you know how much 10g looks like)


Top with eggs and smoked salmon and enjoy!
