Ingredients
1 x warburtons protein bagel thin
2 x eggs
20ml / dash of skimmed milk
10g lighter butter
40g smoked salmon
Method
Scramble your eggs. I do mine in the microwave. Cooking for 30s at a time and mixing the eggs regularly.
Toast bagel. Butter (measure it so you know how much 10g looks like)
Top with eggs and smoked salmon and enjoy!
