Ingredients
500g lean 5% fat beef mince
1 x red onion - finely diced - 80g
2 x red/ yellow peppers - diced - 260g
55g Sweet chilli sauce
25g Siracha sauce
45g Less salt and sugar tomato ketchup
15g Garlic purée
20ml Oyster sauce - tablespoon
30ml Dark soya sauce - tablespoon and a half
20g honey
Dash of water - tablespoon or two
Served with
Veetee sticky rice tubs - 1 tub per portion- 198 calories per tub
Prawn crackers - I used Asda ones 15g per serving - 75 calories
Method
Prep veg and mix all sauce ingredients into a large bowl.
In a large frying pan stir fry onions and peppers for 5 mins until they start to soften.
Then add minced beef and brown.
Finally add the sauce ingredients and simmer for 5-10 mins!
Serve!
