Really delicious, fresh and crispy!
Calories 492 calories per person (recipe serves 2)

Ingredients
350g of raw chicken breast- cut into tenders - 3 per chicken breast roughly
20g plain flour
1 beaten egg
75g of sensations Thai sweet chilli crisps
Sauce -
45g sweet chilli sauce
mixed with a dash of water
Method
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
Measure out your flour into a bowl
Beat the egg in another bowl
And crush the crisps in a 3rd bowl
Cut chicken into tenders - strips- you should get 3 per chicken breast
Coat the chicken tenders in flour and then coat in egg and finally coat in the crush crisps.
Put the chicken strips on your grill rack- so heat can circulate around them- if you like them flat on a baking tray one side will get soggy.
Back for 20 mins.
When you’re ready serve… pour over your sweet chilli sauce! Yum!
