Weetabix Black Forest fruits and chocolate protein cheesecake


Defo up there as being one of my favs! Quick to prep the night before! And delish to eat!

Ingredients - make 2


  • 300g or 0% fat Greek yoghurt (fage or aldi equivalent)

  • 25 of my protein impact whey protein powder- vanilla flav

  • 3 x weetabix biscuit (I used Asda brand) (1.5 biscuits in each)

  • 100ml coconut milk (long life version not tinned)

  • 80g frozen Black Forest fruits (split over 2)

  • 12g dark chocolate


Method


In a large bowl combine yogurt and protein powder and mix well to remove all lumps.


In two Tupperware tub- split weetabix up- crush and add milk- firm it down with the backside of a spoon.


Top with protein yogurt mix.

Add frozen fruits and chopped up chocolate.


Done. Pop in the fridge and enjoy in the morning!
