Weetabix chocolate peanut butter protein cheesecake

Oh my days! Dessert for breakfast and packed with 34.5g of protein.

Ingredients


  • 150g or 0% fat Greek yoghurt (fage or aldi equivalent)

  • 12g of my protein impact whey protein powder

  • 1 x weetabix biscuit (I used Asda brand)

  • 50ml skimmed milk

  • 15g crunchie no palm oil peanut butter

  • 15g dark chocolate



Method


In your overnight tub/ serving dish break up your weetabix and add milk. Compact it down with your spoon.


in another bowl combine yoghurt and protein powder. Mix and add to weetabix base.


Finally in a microbe safe bowl combine chocolate and peanut butter and melt in the microwave. I did this in 30 second blasts checking regularly until melted.


Top “cheesecake” with chocolate PB and allow to set overnight!
