Yoghurt, fruit and chia seeds

This is a great meal prep breakfast or snack!


Chia seeds are an excellent source of fiber, which can improve heart health, reduce cholesterol levels and promote intestinal health. Fiber takes longer to digest and makes you feel satisfied longer- this is ideal when we’re in a calorie deficit.




Ingredients


1 x Brooklea Salted Caramel protein pot (can swap for another protein yoghurt you like)

1 x half tin of fruit cocktail (not in syrup) opt for in juice option

15g chia seeds
