Adding a high protein yogurt and fruit makes cereal so much more filling!

Ingredients


  • 150g fage 0% fat yogurt

  • A few drops of my protein zero calorie drops

  • 35g crunchie nut corn flakes

  • 80g frozen berries (heat up in microwave or leave in fridge to thaw overnight)


Method.


Combine ingredients and eat!
